I want your visit to be relaxing from the very beginning. The information below will help you prepare for your appointment and ensure the best possible experience at Desert Moon Bodyworks.

Your Comfort Comes First

Every appointment is reserved exclusively for one guest at a time, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful, personalized experience in a quiet, private setting. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, our focus is entirely on your comfort, relaxation, and well-being.

Arrival

Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Arriving a few minutes early allows time to settle in, complete any necessary updates, and begin your experience feeling relaxed rather than rushed.

If you arrive late, I'll do our best to provide your full experience whenever possible. However, out of respect for guests with appointments following yours, your session may need to end at its originally scheduled time.

Before Your Appointment

To help you receive the greatest benefit from your experience, we recommend:

Staying well hydrated before your appointment.
Wearing comfortable clothing.
Avoiding a heavy meal immediately beforehand.
Arriving with an open mind and allowing yourself time to fully relax.

If there have been any changes to your health, medications, pregnancy status, injuries, or recent surgeries since your last visit, please let us know before your experience begins.

During Your Experience

Your comfort is always our highest priority.

Please let me know at any time if you would like adjustments to:

Pressure
Temperature
Positioning
Music volume
Bolstering or support

Open communication helps us personalize your experience and ensure you remain comfortable throughout your visit.

After Your Experience

Your wellness continues after you leave.

To help extend the benefits of your experience, we recommend:

Drinking plenty of water.
Taking time to relax if possible.
Avoiding strenuous activity immediately afterward.
Listening to your body's needs throughout the remainder of the day.

You'll also receive personalized aftercare recommendations by email whenever appropriate.

Appointment Policies

Rescheduling /Cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Your $50 reservation prepayment will transfer to your rescheduled appointment.

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may have the $50 reservation prepayment refunded upon request.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the $50 reservation prepayment, and it will become non-refundable.

Late/ No-show

arriving within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment will receive the remaining time of their reserved session to ensure the next appointment begins on time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Health & Safety

Massage may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions.

Please notify me of any injuries, illnesses, surgeries, pregnancy, or health changes before your appointment so your experience can be safely personalized.

Payment

$50 Reservation Deposit is applied to total amount of appointment.

Remining Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

All Desert Moon experiences are gratuity included, so there is never any expectation to tip.

Children & Guests

To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our private In-Home boutique studio, I kindly ask that only guests receiving an experience attend the appointment unless assistance is required.
